Meet Cristobal Resto, U.S. Army — 2023 Veteran
Cristobal Resto was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. There he attended Luis Munoz Iglesias high school and graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. He joined the police department of Puerto Rico and at the same time the Army Reserve.
After eight years of service he joined the U.S. Army Active as an infantry man. After one year he qualified to be part of the Special Operation Forces.
Cristobal Resto served with SOUTHCOM Central America, South America, the Caribbean, CENTCOM The Middle East and Afghanistan for PACOM Asia Pacific. His other duties included Sergeant Major for Operation Enduring Freedom Sentinel, Operations Sergeant, First Sergeant, Joint Operation Sergeant, Operation Enduring Freedom and Various U.S. Embassy duty stations globally.
Cristobal Resto has four sons Cristobal, Isaac Pascual, Miguel Angel and Esteban.
